The firm, being specialised in drug cases, took the initiative to publish exhaustive commentary on the Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940, published by M/s Lexverses Publishing Pvt. Ltd. The commentary contains exhaustive reference to various topics and wherever necessary, the course and passages from the judgements of apex court and high courts are quoted along with their paragraph numbers.
Due care has been taken to cite the relevant judgements per the topic, and related provisions are also indicated in the commentary. The commentary also contains brief notes and comments on Drugs Rules, 2020; Cosmetics Rules, 2020; New Drugs and Clinical Trial Rules, 2017; Medical Devices Rule, 2019.
The book titled ‘Exhaustive Commentary on the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, along with Allied Rules’, written by Mr. Sushant Mahapatra, a distinguished advocate of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and the founder of the Mace Corporate Associates.
