Pharmaceutical Patent

The firm is working on the freedom to operate (FTO) under the Patent regime and has collaborated with several patent scientists to work on the Patent and its FTO aspects. The aim is to make the drugs available to the public at affordable prices. FTO searches and the possibility of adopting a new process for processing patented drugs are taken for research and advisory. Section 106 of the Patents Act provides for groundless threats and remedies for the same. If any company fails to prove that their process or product is different from the invention claimed, the action under section 106 can be taken, otherwise also termed as the remedy for freedom to operate a Patent.
